Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph5522", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ph5522 online gaming platform operating at ph5522.net, subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Platform" means the ph5522 website, mobile-optimized interface, game lobby, cashier, and all associated services accessible at ph5522.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph5522 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player upon completing the ph5522 registration process.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ph5522 Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal as real money.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph5522 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph5522 Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the ph5522 Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, participation in promotions, and interaction with ph5522 customer support.

ph5522 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the ph5522 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register Accounts.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by ph5522 or by any gaming regulatory authority, at the time of registration or at any time thereafter while your Account remains active.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under guardianship or otherwise legally restricted from entering binding agreements, you are not eligible to register.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ph5522 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processing partners.

ph5522 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph5522 support may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold only one ph5522 Account. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or supplementary Accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and potential forfeiture of winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Any material inaccuracy in the information provided at registration or thereafter is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

ph5522 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph5522 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account registration name, or bank account confirmation matching the Account holder's name).
• Source of funds documentation if requested by ph5522 compliance personnel in connection with large deposits or withdrawal requests.

ph5522 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal until KYC verification is fully completed to ph5522's satisfaction. KYC verification is a regulatory obligation and not optional.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph5522 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. ph5522 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ph5522 will not be liable for any loss, unauthorized transaction, or other damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, whether resulting from negligence, theft, or any other cause.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph5522 support immediately. ph5522 may temporarily suspend your Account pending a security review at your request or at ph5522's discretion where unauthorized access is suspected.

ph5522 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ph5522 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph5522 support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account Balances on the ph5522 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). ph5522 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the ph5522 cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically credit to your Account Balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the sending institution. ph5522 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph5522 Account holder, as verified through the KYC process. ph5522 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or payment methods not matching the Account holder's verified identity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification to ph5522's satisfaction.
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds credited to the Account.
• Absence of any ongoing investigation into the Account for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Account Balance available for withdrawal after deduction of any restricted Bonus Funds.

ph5522 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Funds deposited on the ph5522 Platform do not earn interest. ph5522 is not a bank or regulated deposit-taking institution.

Bonuses & Promotions

ph5522 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus terms applicable to all ph5522 promotions unless otherwise specified include the following:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in the individual promotion terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms before accepting any bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, sold, exchanged, or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• ph5522 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• A Player may only participate in any given promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempts to participate in a promotion multiple times through multiple Accounts or other means constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and potential Account suspension.
• ph5522 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the ph5522 Platform are governed by the specific game rules published within the Platform for each game. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager. ph5522 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.

All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the ph5522 system. ph5522 does not cancel or amend accepted bets at a Player's request except in circumstances where ph5522 determines at its sole discretion that a technical error, manifest error in odds, or system malfunction affected the bet in question.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or a sports event, ph5522 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts, or to allow bets to stand where the outcome can be definitively determined from available records. ph5522's decision in such circumstances is final.

ph5522 utilizes certified random number generation systems for all RNG-based games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game equipment operated by the live dealer studio. Return-to-player rates for slot games are displayed in the respective game information panels.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph5522 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point in the Account relationship.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, documents, or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to Players using the Platform manually.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, game software, or odds calculation systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and subject to recoupment by ph5522.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, bingo, or any multi-player game format.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph5522 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

ph5522 reserves the right to investigate any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, to suspend the Account during investigation, and to permanently close the Account and forfeit associated funds where prohibited conduct is confirmed. ph5522 may report confirmed cases of financial crime to relevant Philippine authorities including the AMLC.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ph5522 Platform, including but not limited to the ph5522 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ph5522 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph5522 Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph5522 content without prior written authorisation from ph5522.

Any unauthorised use of ph5522 intellectual property, including screen-scraping, data harvesting, or reproduction of ph5522 branding without permission, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph5522 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the ph5522 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if ph5522 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph5522's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the Account Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the cause of action arose, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

ph5522 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled outages may occur. ph5522 will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to service but accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits ph5522's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph5522's gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

ph5522 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and available at ph5522.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph5522 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units where required by applicable law, including PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other relevant Philippine government bodies. ph5522 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

ph5522 retains Player account records for a minimum period of five years following Account closure, in compliance with applicable regulatory record-keeping requirements.

Responsible Gaming

ph5522 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is an activity that carries financial risk and can, for some individuals, develop into a problematic pattern of behaviour. ph5522 takes its obligations in this area seriously and provides the following tools to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration reminders within their Account settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account deactivation of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the ph5522 Platform by contacting ph5522 support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected and will be respected across all ph5522 products.

ph5522 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. ph5522 employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

Amendments to These Terms

ph5522 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to Players via email to the address registered on their Account, via a notification on the Platform upon login, or via a prominent notice on the ph5522 homepage, at least seven days prior to the amended terms taking effect unless immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the ph5522 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your available Account Balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Termination & Account Closure

Players may request closure of their ph5522 Account at any time by contacting ph5522 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five business days of receipt. Any available Account Balance (excluding restricted Bonus Funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

ph5522 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease servicing the Account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months or more (dormant Account policy).

Upon termination for cause, ph5522 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ph5522 may forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and may recover losses suffered by ph5522 as a result of the breach from the available Account Balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph5522, you agree to first contact ph5522 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ph5522 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen business days of receiving a written complaint submitted to the ph5522 support channel.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. Players may also have the right to refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English language version shall prevail in all circumstances.
